Clubhouse Policies

  • Clubhouse occupancy is 75, per Jarrell Fire Department.
  • There is no pool access from the clubhouse when the pool is closed.
  • Rentals during pool season will have access with the pool along with other pool patrons.
  • Grilling is not allowed while on site. This includes the parking lot.
  • Approved bounce houses are allowed in designated areas. Please communicate this when requesting your reservation.
  • Guests must use paved asphalt for parking. Vehicles should not be parked or driving on grass or gravel. Failure to follow this rule could result in towing at owner’s expense.
  • No smoking in or around the clubhouse property.
  • Rentals are allowed entry prior to start time. Please coordinate this when making reservations.
  • The Facility should be cleaned and rental ready for the following reservation.
  • Verification of residency in Sonterra can be with a Driver’s license or Sonterra MUD water bill.
  • Refund deposit (if applicable) will be mailed to address on reservation agreement.
