Clubhouse occupancy is 75, per Jarrell Fire Department.

There is no pool access from the clubhouse when the pool is closed.

Rentals during pool season will have access with the pool along with other pool patrons.

Grilling is not allowed while on site. This includes the parking lot.

Approved bounce houses are allowed in designated areas. Please communicate this when requesting your reservation.

Guests must use paved asphalt for parking. Vehicles should not be parked or driving on grass or gravel. Failure to follow this rule could result in towing at owner’s expense.

No smoking in or around the clubhouse property.

Rentals are allowed entry prior to start time. Please coordinate this when making reservations.

The Facility should be cleaned and rental ready for the following reservation.

Verification of residency in Sonterra can be with a Driver’s license or Sonterra MUD water bill.

Refund deposit (if applicable) will be mailed to address on reservation agreement.
